自家日式咖哩漢堡飯 (0720加福神漬相片, 0723+漢堡)homemade Japanese curry

用上日本咖哩磚再自己調味, 加上炒香嘅咖哩粉同埋大量飯茄, 咁就又香又辣又甜

哩料有薯仔, 甘笋, 罐頭磨菇, 洋蔥, 蕃茄



漢堡用三種美國牛肉差埋, 牛味夠出,加上秘方醃製,  香口又多汁


2010 07 20 零晨肚餓, 見買倒福神漬, 諗起和著日式咖哩食嗰種幸福嘅感覺, 即時流晒口水, 唔理咁多, 彈起身即整!

有埋福神漬, 今次真係和味啦!!!

日哩真係要有福神漬先好味, 啲味道同texture平衡得好好多! 正!

have to have radish pickles w/ japanese curry.
This time around i used one onion chopped finely, 4 tomatos chopped, 3 carrots, one onion quartered. One tsp gravy mix, 4 curry bricks, 3 cups water, one heaping tablespoon of curry powder fried in oil. The sweetness of the onions and tomatoes gives a nice balance to the savoury of the gravy and the hotness of the curry. I would have spooned it over my beef burger patty but they are still frozen in the fridge. Still this is more than good enough for a midnight snack!




由於加埋福神漬實在太太太好食, 隔唔夠兩日又心思思整嚟食, 我可以話, 已經上癮今次加埋漢堡, 真係perfect!!!!
