木球會嘅扒房 - the restaurant, KCC

呢道嘅扒好食, 最鍾意佢夠英式, 要smart casual先入得, under12嘅細路唔入得, GOOD, 又有gueridon service, 海殺沙律又喺你面前整, 仲有, 呢度嘅escargot法國窩牛係香港數一數二嘅

是晚小弟食jor忌廉香草汁青口配薯蓉, 烤野雞game hen with red wine jus跟紅酒汁

唔知佢乜水, 經理介紹, 易入口

忌廉香草汁青口配薯蓉

兩者都夠香口, 牛油落得夠, 薯蓉自然very good!

pomphret with garlic king prawns in butter sauce

12 oz US angus rib-eye $374,同扒房差不多價錢, 質數ok

鵞肝肉眼, 件肝大到!

duck 2 ways, 兩味鴨, confit(鴨腳油浸)同煎香橙鴨胸orange salsa

我嘅game hen, 燒得極脆皮, 可惜醃味不夠, 亦食唔出game hen特殊嘅味道, 有啲老 但只售$104

反而個薯cube煎得出色, 外脆內creamy, 好香薯味

老實講kcc唯一要換嘅, 係個pastry chef, 做餅模式仲係超羣年代, 極過時
