炸菜肉餅臘味褒仔飯 
mincepork, marinate with soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, cornstarch, alittle water and mix with chopped pickled vegetable "ja choi"
use hot water to clean the preserved sausages
wash rice, add water and cook in clay pot
bring to boil and reduce the heat
when all the water is soaked up, add the meat mixture and the preservedsausages, cover with lid, and cook over very low heat for an extra10-15 minutes, or just as you can smell the burning of the rice
remove from heat, let it sit for 5-8 minutes
serve with soy sauce and cooked oil mixture
see the crispy rice from the bottom of the pot!
