好彩我冇咁笨去排隊啫!(加jor翡翠嘅小矓包相) Lucky I didnt' have to queue up for this kind of food

唔知入到去會以為番jor大陸, 啲員工個個講國語

Not worth going. Luckily I didn't have to queue.

The place was nice and clean, the staff were polite and attentive, however they were all speaking mandarin.
Still, I would not go back.  Shop: Din Tai Fung TST Shop

估唔到, 台灣嘅鼎泰豐普通, 香港嘅仲差, 簡直垃圾.
難得咁多人排, stupid!

No, it won't matter to me cos I won't be visiting again 老子唔會同你見面!!

The bill came to $177.10. Ridiculous for this kind of quality food.

Prawnwonton soup. When I had this in Taiwan's outlet, the prawns were largeand fresh, there was virtually no pork in the wontons, the wrappingswere thin but still managed to sealed in all the juices and goodnessinside the wonton.
台灣店嘅做得皮薄餡鮮有湯汁, 直頭正, 咁香港嘅店呢?
The one here, the soup was flavourless, the wonton wrapping was thick,Wonton itself was overdone hence the prawn was tough, there was toomuch pork, and the worst thing was each of the wonton were broken,hence all the juices inside the wonton was lost. This dish was afailure in all aspects.

Each and everyone of them are broken,
how can they serve such quality food to customers?!


The color of the soup was dark, but again the flavour wasn't strong enough and doesn't represent the name 紅燒. The noodles were ok though,cooked to al dente with a bite and was quite bouncy.
湯, 濃得嚟唔夠味
The beef itself wasn't cooked long enough and required some chewing. Either the flavours didn't penetrate the beef enough or they didn't season it  enough. Either way it was nowhere near a good bowl of Taiwanese Red Roasted Beef Noodles

Can do with more time and flavour

you can see the juices

the casing was quite thin, however, the tip was still a bit hard.  A little disappointed since this is the signature dish
皮薄, 但粒的係硬嘅, 翡翠嘅做得更好

有湯汁但冇鮮味

既然食得咁唔開心, 梗係要去翡翠補飛啦!
