精華係啖湯, 好鮮!!!
簡單又方便, 唔使點調味, 蜆本身已經比倒湯嘅鮮甜, 加少少魚露就好好味!
料頭有碎蒜, 乾葱同辣椒

當日買唔倒芫茜, 有就更好

啲殼一開就好熄火啦, 咁就保證啲蜆又嫩有鮮
