罐頭鮑魚 What to do with canned abalone

1. 原罐燉完兩個鐘
braise the original can for 2 hours (don't open it)

2. 攤凍
let it cool

3. 跟住用蠔油同原汁扣返個鮑汁出嚟 (本身隻嘢係米白色嘅)
empty can with juices onto pan, reheat gently, season with premium oyster sauce, a little color with dark soy and thicken with contstarch solution and serve

4. 扒喺生菜上邊, 正爆!
best served over a bed of cooked letteuce or mustard leaves

5. 比鬼妹問我係咩嚟, 係咪眼, 好核凸喎
some western girl asked me whether these are eyes LOL!
