今日咁Q凍啱飲 Hot and sour soup

酸辣湯

全部乾貨, 連葱都係, 隨jor隻蛋

Made from all dried ingredients found in my fridge, except for the egg

Ingredients
mushroom, gold needle fungus, cloud ear fungus, dried spring onion, dried chilli, egg

chicken stock, dark chinese vinegar, spicy bean paste, sesame seed oil, white pepper, cornstarch solution

Soak well to rehydrate then chop everything up and dunk into boiling stock

Add different seasonings to suit your taste, bean paste for flavour and hotness, soy to increase the umami.

Note the flavour of this soup is meant to be a bit strong, with balance between savoury, spicyness and sharpness.

Thenthicken to desired consistency with cornstarch solution. turn heat downand slowly stir in egg. add sesame seed oil and white pepper beforeserving

simple, low calorie and mega delicious
