Home made roasted chicken

roast chicken with rosemary and spicy rub
stuffed with glazed stuffing
served with honey rosemary gravy

rosemary, parsely, onion powder, garlic, cumin, chilli, salt, pepper etc....
Garlic, onion, carrots, rosmary pan fried in butter till soft, slightly seasoned with salt and sugar
stuffed chicken, close the end with toothpicks, place on remaining stuffing and tomato pieces
 roasted at 350F for 30 minutes, and basted with honey towards the end
flour and some gravy mix added to the juices to provide a rich glazed gravy with honey
