My favourite 居酒屋so far, 天勝 Tenshin at Wanchai

9 成日本客, 舖頭新淨光猛, 坐得舒服, 廚房食物幾好, 好多選擇, 亦多古怪嘢
魚生類唔使叫, 唔係佢嘅專長
唯一要complain嘅係燒和牛$700客, 但係冇牛味亦冇油香, 應該係啲澳洲和牛, 美國牛比佢好好多!
所以話, 食親澳洲牛, 實瀨嘢...

酸八爪魚同OKRA

支豆, 唔係毛豆

$480好抵, 亦係bill murray嘅牌子

酒盜, 我明點解佢咁叫啦

醬油田螺, 偏甜, 日本人嘅口味

蒜片牛大腸, 十分香口, 有嚼勁但唔韌

好新鮮嘅池魚, 點他他醬good!

再嚟酒盜芝士

外脆外嫩嘅雞翼

冇牛味嘅日本和牛, 收$700,又冇油香.... 十足垃圾澳洲牛咁!

酸汁, 點牛用嘅, 亦幫唔倒啲乜...

tempura is done very well, batter light and crispy, ingredients very fresh, and unlike the specialized tempura restaurants, these dont come tiny

minced beef and potato cake, one of the signature items here

kiddie's favourite, chicken bone sausage

cream prawn paste cake, very creamy!

by now I was drunk, so I can't remember what this is...
