啲刺身相當新鮮, 甜蝦肥大鮮美, 三文魚又夠油香, 偏偏佢嘅刺身選擇又小, 當日連油金魚都冇... toro當然免問啦
串燒就.. 唉, 算吧啦, 食唔出燒烤味, 又淡口, 啲所謂signature dish全部都唔得, 本身師傅同設備以至食材都有問題...
Unfortunately they didn't have hamachi that night, neither do they carry toro. Otherwise the sashimi was fresh and fatty.
Theirsignature robatayaki dishes, however, turn out to be just so so.Underseasoned, bland, some overcooked some under, with no flavour ofchargrilled whatsoever. And as a family style operation, they are veryoverpriced. I would choose 南亭over then any day.

nice fresh and large sweet shrimps. Salmon was also quite fatty and flavourful甜蝦新鮮大隻鮮甜, 三文魚油香夠
snapper fin, nice and oily too坐口魚邊又係油香豐盈
the salad cream was unnecessary though沙律醬畫蛇添足, 我反而想要酸汁
signature dish 1: pig's intestine, crunchy crunchy crunchy, but underseasoned, the yakitori sauce was on the sweet side. I have thesuspicion that they deep fried the intestines first before grilling it.Very crunchy but not too much flavour from grilling.

again this was in a pool of sauce that was quite sweet又係浸喺一碗甜汁裡邊
Signature dish 2: Chicken liver. Had high hope for this dish, turns out, liver not fresh, and very grainy...

this was what was left. However, we did complain to the lady, which wesuspect to be the owner and she did cancel this order for us.

Signature dish 3 and owner's recommendation.. asparagus wrapped insalmon skin. too much meat was left under the salmon skin, which Idisliked...
chicken skin... not crispy enough...招牌菜3, 三文魚皮包露筍, 皮下留有大多肉, 鞋口又唔脆, 雞皮都係唔夠脆...
and both were under seasoned again兩樣都冇乜味...

every dish was so under seasoned that eventually i had to ask for sea salt啲嘢淡到七味粉都唔夠, 要問店家要鹽
grilled blowfish, something to go with my sake雞泡魚乾, 好難衰嘅
scallops, ok I guess, tasted like the frozen ones you get from Dai Cheong大昌急凍貨, 還可以
Grilled asparagus, either the asparagus wasn't fresh or it was reallyover done. I suppose both. The asparagus was dry and stringy, giventhis size, it should be fresh and without residue, but apparently not.reminds me of a 90 year old's fingers... 老過老虎嘅露筍
ox tongue, again the flavour from grilling wasn't there... 燶, 但冇燒烤味嘅牛舌
With sake, the meal came to 1K, grossly overpriced for this measly amount and this kind of quality. Guess I won't be going back any timesoon... bye!

頂佢個肺啱啱先見佢收多我個三文魚腩刺身, $70+10%!!!!
