Simple baked pork chop rice 簡易局豬扒飯 
Tenderize then marinate a few pieces of pork chop with soy sauce,sugar, pepper. Either sprinkle with cornstarch and shallow fry, or coatwith flour, eggwash, then flour/bread crumbs and deep fry. Set aside
Prepare one can of tomato soup
2 eggs
2-3 bowls of rice
fry the rice, season with salt and sugar, add beaten eggs
add soy sauce to the tomato soup and stir well
in baking tray, spread the fried rice, then lay the pork chops on top
top with seasoned tomato soup
bake in oven for 15 minutes
done!
