14年後再重逢 
it's a localized japanese food tucked away in a quiet corner at Quarry bay, but it's not bad. Been around forever. Use to only serve ramen but if you walk pass their door and look at articles, one would notice that they have diversified into a yakitori place too.Location: Quarry Bay
呢間嘢開業十幾年, 我只係幫櫬過一次, 屈指一算, 應該有十四年前啦, 原因佢舊時只做拉麫食, 所以印象唔深刻
有日行過, 見佢加jor備長炭爐端燒, 心郁郁想試試, 點知原來午市冇
the menu consists of 4 pages of lunch sets like this one, it's almost dizzying flipping through it

Maguro doesn't look too good?
maguro看落唔多好樣, 有啲爛溶溶嘅感覺
It's surprisingly flavourful, the fish flavour was quite intense, it's actually one of the best maguro I have tried.
但食落相當甘口, 魚味十足, 肯定係小弟食過數一數二嘅味道, 唯賣相真係致命傷, 影響食慾

Again, this one is better than the famous 山頭火's which failed in texture, flavour and was full of grease.
亦唔點讚啦, 只係話你知係好過山頭火好多, 自己諗啦
Salad was fresh and crisp but can be chilled more.
沙律新鮮爽脆, 但唔夠凍
I can tell you this is definitely not Aussie Beef bcos of the intensity of the flavour, the sauce was rich and sweet too. The best part of this dish was the fat! Bit overdone though.
肯定唔係澳洲牛, 因為夠牛味, 最正啲膏, 濃郁芳香個燒汁又夠濃味兩者混合就好似聶風遇上步驚雲
Grilled beef set網燒牛set, 只係熟jor啲
