又係南亭? 係, 但今次係跑馬地 Nantei of Happy Valley

quality is more or less the same, but seats here are less cramped, so I will probably pick this over the CWB shop next time

Fresh and crunchy新鮮脆嫩嘅開胃菜

Sake of course!食串燒當然凍清酒啦!

Busy si foo!很忙嘅師傅仔(佢係男)

This is nanban beef, it's actually beef tenderloin in their special sauce, quite tender南亭牛, 敢將自己名押上去, 當然唔差

No need to go for the Kobe stuff其實即係汁燒牛柳, 油份少, 但嫩滑

The first stick of eel was fresh and crunchy必吃嘅白鱔, 皮脆肉彈牙

Skin as usual, crispy

Tongue was tender and rich in flavour牛舌好香口, 又夠爽嫩,一啲都唔韌

Mushrooms, I didn't really like this one, mushrooms should be treated with plenty of garlic and butter
呢個我麻麻, 都係蒜蓉牛油好

Duck's tongue, 4pcs per stick here vs 5 per stick at CWB shop 老銅店一串五條

Chicken skin, quite crispy燒得幾脆嘅雞皮

無端端行出去梗係褒煙啦, 串燒店, 居酒屋冇得食煙硬係爭啲

叫錯嘅雞肝, 出奇地好, 鬆化香潤, 燒得剛熟但又夠香口

餸酒佳品雞軟骨, 亦係香衰

大葱好甜冇渣, 煙肉露笋卷, 好味, 但係煙肉冇肉, 得一層肥, 口感少了

必吃嘅銀雪魚骨

香口又juicy, 骨都食埋

最精彩之處, 骨髓

鰻魚燒飯糰, 飯太濕, 冇鰻魚嘅?

雞皮蝦, 雞皮香脆, 皮下脂肪令蝦份外鮮嫩

燒到好似炸出嚟嘅雞翼

又係靚貨, 甜而冇渣

香脆味濃多汁嘅廣島蠔

燒烤醬肉汁封住, 又將啲汁濃縮, 令蠔味更濃, 正!!

2ND ROUND嘅雞肝, 燒得唔夠 但本身雞肝靚, 所以都還好

雞腎

追加嘅鱔, 呢串冇咁彈牙, 即係冇咁新鮮, 但係皮仍奇脆

追加嘅廣島蠔

咁熱氣, 當然要啤啤佢! 正在夠晒冰凍, 好GUR!
