2010 04 09 Home made pasta LUNCH

Simple Linguine with tomato sauce, garlic and mushrooms. Of course I would prefer a nice bowl of wonton noodle any day.

pasta sauce係超市買完加工, 加欖油爆(茄醬爆完係兩樣味, 啲茄caramelized後會香同甜), 加蒜, 糖, 同爆到乾身嘅草菰... 好過自己整
不過如果你想自己整都得, 用處女欖油爆啲罐頭蕃茄蒜頭一樣good, 但爐頭有排抹

整時記緊試味, 因pasta sauce大多偏酸, 要架鹽糖, 就做到高師傅所謂嘅”和味”啦. 如喜辣, 更可加乾辣椒
