老尖銀座梅林- 奇怪, 我覺得佢嘅豬扒好過當吉!

Contrary to other "food experts" on Openrice, this place actually provides quite good tonkatsu. The pork chop from their pork chop lunch set was quite moist and juicy, and was lined with a little fat. As this was white pork that they served us I am not going to comment on the intensity of the flavour, but the tenderness and juicyness actually excels that of Tonkichi. If it's on the island side, I would definitely come here for the pork chop instead of queuing at Tonkichi. Wasabi dressing was also very sharp and refreshing, beats that of Tonkichi and 豚組. However for those looking for the "grinding sesame" experience, no they don't provide that here.
note: it wasn't a bit greasy the food I had. maybe it's my lucky day!
唔知係咪我當日好彩, 見過好多人評呢間嘢唔得, 本來唔諗住去, 但當日正好在k11有嘢搞, 行開唔得遠, 3點幾想食鐵板又落場, 得佢開, 博一博啦...
竟然.............豬扒肉質鬆軟有肉汁又間住小小肥, 好味又唔油, 當吉嘅相對就比較廋啦

頂! 掛住食唔記得落芥辣添! 但又唔多需要, 因為吉烈本身唔油, 啲肉又夠味, 反而喺當吉我會搵介辣點喎...

unfortunately, there was no 膏in the heads
算唔錯, 但同日本都係冇得比頭大但冇膏

juicy pork chop lined with some fat, not greasy and very crispy
好正, 食得好快, 連沙拉到食唔切



意外哋滿足, 可惜佢喺老尖咁遠.....
