香港名物，唔知幾時啲大鬼先會比米之連呢我仲未成功坤倒啲大鬼食
This shop at Fa Yuen Street has been around for ages. Beats the ones on Dundas Street. However due to environmental regulations, the "stinkiness" is less powerful than that of a decade ago. Yet, whenever I venture to Fa Yuen Street, I must have a piece.

仲有好多垃什嘢，　但我齋食臭豆腐

鬆脆，　熱辣辣，　再臭啲仲好

主角係啲醬 actually the tofu works as a template for the sauces, which include hoisin sauce, chilli sauce and spicy bean paste

落齊甜醬，　辣醬同豆辦醬，　好味道！　＄６咋smother the tofu with sauces, dig in and enjoy!
